    Configure the JTAPI providers from $TOMCAT/webapps/JTAPIConnector/WEB-INF/ctiserver.properties

    Configure the StateServer from $TOMCAT/webapps/JTAPIConnector/WEB-INF/stateserver.properties

    Start and stop JTAPI Connector from Tomcat Manager, monitor how many lines are handled by the connector by browsing http://tomcatserver/JTAPIConnector
